Research use only

Everything we supply is sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical use. Our products are not medicines, dietary supplements or cosmetics. They are not supplied for, and must not be used for, human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis or treatment.

We do not provide dosing guidance or clinical advice, and we will not do so on request. For anything protocol- or health-related, speak to a licensed physician.

Product descriptions summarise what a compound is studied for in the research literature. They are not claims about what a product will do for a person.

Who may order

You must be at least 21 years old and confirm, before entering the catalogue and again at checkout, that you understand the research-use-only condition.

You are responsible for making sure that buying, importing and holding the product is lawful where you are and for the use you intend.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we have received payment in full. Prices are in UAE dirhams and include delivery at the rate shown at checkout.

Payment is made online through the secure link we send you. We do not offer cash on delivery.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock is unavailable or an order looks inconsistent with research use — and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates by refrigerated courier. Orders are dispatched once paid, normally on the next pickup.

The address and map link you give us are used as they are. If a delivery fails because of a wrong address or an unreachable number, re-delivery may be charged.

Refunds and returns

All sales are final. See our no-refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Verification and quality

Every batch carries a lot code that can be checked on our Verify page. If a product arrives damaged or the seal is broken, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it.

Liability

Because our products are supplied for research use only, we accept no liability for any use of a product on or in a person or animal, or for any use contrary to these terms. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
