No-refund policy

All sales at Immortals Lab are final. Our products are temperature-sensitive research materials that cannot be restocked once dispatched, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been paid.
What this means
Once your payment is received, the order is prepared and dispatched by refrigerated courier. From that point it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Please check the compound, strength, pen option and quantity in your order list and on the invoice before paying. Ask us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear — we would rather answer a question than process a wrong order.
The exceptions
If we cancel an order ourselves, for example because stock is unavailable, you receive a full refund to the payment method you used.
If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace the item at no cost.
If we sent the wrong item, we collect it and send the right one at no cost.
Refund timing
Where a refund is due, it is issued within 5 working days of our confirmation. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
